Raw material loaders

To ensure the smooth operation of injection molding, blow molding and extrusion machines, it is necessary to have a constant availability of raw material. various loading systems have been developed to perform this task.

Material loaders and receivers work in automatic mode, providing material for the utilizer; when the receiver is about to empty, the loader automatically provides new material, preventing production from stopping.

Single-phase loaders can be used to load utilizers with low capacity and over short distances, with a maximum capacity of up to 180 kg / hour.  To load large volumes of material, three-phase systems are used with a capacity of up to 1400 kg / hour.

Optionally, the receivers can be equipped with various filters, a floor "filter-shaker " for working with highly polluted raw materials. As well it can be fit a proportional valve that allows mixing regrind material in a given proportion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Equipment used
ASPIROPLAST MONO-PHASE AS SERIES

In the mono-phase models, our feeder are fitted with a control card , that allows the regulation of the parameters of pause time, loading time, filter cleaning, proportional valve and also alarm signals for lack of material loading, filter cleaning and replacemente of motor carbon brushes.

All feeders are composed by a central stainlees steel AISI 430 structure, a polyester filter and a microprocessor put direclty on the on the main cylinder complete of 220V 50-60 hz motor.

On each model can be added a proportional valve that allows the mixing of 2 materials by setting on the main panel the sucking time of each single material.

As optional can be offered brakets for the installation of the hopper loader on the opened hoppers or directly on the IMM.

For model AS150 is available the BF version, complete of cleaning filter thanks to the compressed air.

ASPIROPLAST THREE PHASE AT SERIES

The three-phase loaders (AT) are composed by a floor-structure (pump), a receiver installed on the hopper and a filter. The control board of the AT series is positioned on the pump protection box on the floor. The control card allows the setting of the parameters of pause time, loading time, filter cleaning, proportional valve and the alarm signal for lack of material loading, filter blocked, bearing inspection, high temperature and pump overload. All AT hopper loaders have a central structure of stainless steel AISI 430 and a metallic mesh or polyester filter. On each model it can be added a proportional valve that allows the mixing of 2 materials by setting on the main panel the sucking time of each single material.

As optional they can be offered brackets for the installation of the hopper loader on the opened hoppers or directly on the IMM.

ASPIROPLAST READY FOR CENTRALIZED PLANTS

Global system for the transport of the granule.The main feature of the READY system is the master control card that works as a sequencer and it is exactly identical to the slave board. The master board can be replaced by any slave board that , put in the position of the master board, automatically acquires its functions without requiring the programming. The system is expandable up to 64 receivers.

With the numerous accessories, the different types of pumps and receivers, it is possible to create systems "for machines" or "for materials". The installation of the piping is of fundamental importance for the proper functioning of the system; our teams are equipped to create any type of plant.

Upon request Ready Plus: With the integration of a PLC, the management of the transport systems will integrate with the managing software, interfacing with all the factory departments, from the production, to the purchasing planning, up to the management of warehouse (operational MES).

Thanks to the simple TOUCH SCREEN interface, the production manager can program besides the functionning systems parameters also:

•  if arranged, the exact interconnection between the material silos and the receiver placed on the transforming machine;

• the availability of the materials in the warehouse when the silos or receivers are placed on the loading cells or connected to level sensors;

• the power of the suction pumps reducing the speed related to the quantity, quality and the distance of the material to be transported, in order to reduce to minimum the consumption of energy and mainly the pipes wear.

The TOUCH SCREEN shows the state of each receivers, indicating each alarms or malfunctioning of the system.

Thanks to the Wi-fi connection is possible to display and program the state of the system, even from remote through mobiles devices.

The Aspiroplast Ready is composed by a structure based on the floor (pump), from different receivers placed on the hoppers and by a filter. The control panel of feeders READY series it is usually placed on the floor on the protective box of the pump, but it can be installed by remote in any place of the plant. All the feeders are composed by a central structure made of steel AISI 430 and by a filter with metallic mesh. On each receiver could be installed the proportional valve, which allows the mixing between two materials, setting by the central control panel the suction time of each material. As an option could be installed some specific holders (feet) which allows to place the receivers on the open hoppers or, using a specific hopper you can install them directly on the press.

ASPIROPLAST READY MACHINES PLANT

In this type of system each press will be connected to the material storage unit by a pipe. Usually it will be used a coupling station which allows the operator to connect the correct material to the related IMM. It is used in the centralized systems where will be present many different materials.

ASPIROPLAST READY MATERIAL PLANT

In this type of system each material will be connected to all the IMM by a pipe, using specific “deviations with Y shape”. It is used in the centralized system where will be used few materials for several IMM.
