LCA - WATER COOLING UNITS WITH AIR CONDENSATION

The wide range of monobloc liquid coolers with air condensation is composed of many machines realized in different configurations, in order to be able to offer the widest possibilities of use in many fields of application.

The LCA coolers are suitable for indoor installation (LCA / C), equipped with high prevalence centrifugal fans, or outdoor installation (LCA / E) equipped with high yield axial fans.

The construction of  the  structure  is  designed to provide maximum strength, resistance to deteriorating agents, and the ability to absorb harmful vibrations and thus not transmitting them to the components.

Continuous innovation ensures, even in the technical continuity of the system, continuous updates aimed to reduce energy consumption and offer performances that are among the highest, referring to industry benchmarks.

LCW  - WATER COOLING UNITS WITH WATER CONDENSATION

Water condensed cooling units, the effectiveness of which is guaranteed by components and layout tested in the most difficult conditions. The water of condensation may, in this case, be provided by cooling towers, closed loop cooling batteries or other external system.

The compressors used for these structures may be hermetic, scroll, semi-hermetic or double screw, depending on the characteristics, size and results that are to be achieved.

The electrical panel and the command and control elements are enclosed in watertight compartments to provide a guarantee against moisture and weathering.

BCA COOLING BATTERIES

The cooling batteries series BCA are combined to groups and elements of refrigeration for the process air cooling control of film extruders and IBC (Internal Bubble Cooling). It improves the speed of extrusion by circulating cold air inside the bubble and cooling the film faster. They are available in configuration with and without built-in centrifugal fans (BCA and BCA / F) and are offered in modular and expandable versions. In the solid structure in painted steel, the cooling battery BCA includes a drop separator, suitably sized inlet and outlet air channels, 3-way thermostatic valve for air outlet temperature control, condensate collection and drainage. The heat exchangers are made of copper pipes with aluminium fins.

LC . LC/VN  AIR - FLUID EXCHANGERS

Air fluid exchangers designes for cooling in closed loop 

circuit (also pressurized), made with two opposing batteries with a high exchange surface. This ensures great powers with reduced footprint.

The use of LC and LC / V systems fi   a natural use in the industrial fi  where the required temperature for the cooled fl is greater than 5° at the ambient temperature of the dry bulb. Their use in the replacement of the cooling towers ensures the total elimination of water consumption in evaporation, but what is most important, eliminates any possibility of contamination of the cooled fl

Combined with chillers LCA / C and LCA / E, during cold weather and at night, it offers a high energy saving “free cooling” system through an automatic control of intervention.

CW - CWP - CO  THERMOREGULATORS

Units and compact systems for temperature control for various sectors (plastics processing and die casting etc.) available in various configurations from 9 to 36 kW in the standard configuration.

The maximum stability ofthe set temperatureandthe consequent reduction of thermal fluctuations, with a considerable saving of electrical energy, is made possible thanks to the use of high-performance control valves and extended-surface exchangers that, with their combined action, respond quickly and accurately on the set-point temperature.

The machines of the  series  CO  and  CW  can be adapted to the different requirements of temperature and flow rate. The CW version, with water circulating fluid, has a range of continuous use up to 90° (in the pressurized version 140°), while the CO version, with oil circulating fluid, the range of use is between 180°C/300°C.

Machines are available in the version “OPEN TANK” and “CLOSED TANK”.

PU PUMPING UNITS

The range of fluid pumping units complete with tank 

for cooled water is designed to be installed in air- conditioning and refrigeration systems to increase the thermal inertia. They are available in the most varied specific versions for single and multiple ring systems. The storage tanks are designed to limit turbulence of the fluids inside and determine a constant and homogeneous  temperature  to be transmitted to the various circuits, both in the “open” configuration, or at atmospheric pressure, as well as the pressurized version

Various levels of insulation are provided in order to ensure the insulation conforming to the required standards of customers. Size tanks according to the needs of the customer. Accurate finishing, valves and fittings of high quality are the characteristics common to all of our pump units.

The temperature control with 3-way valves ensures a precision and constant temperature in the systems. Management systems with PID microprocessor ensure the interface with any system with dedicated programming. The version with inverter is available.
