The “ TERMOTECH” series of Dega temperature controllers has been developed to keep at a constant temperature: the mould cavity of the injection moulding machines, the hydraulic oil of the moulds, the screw’s areas of the extruders, the calibration heads, the cylinders and the thermoforming calenders.
Different versions, water, oil and pressurised water, all able to work in a wide temperatures’ range: from 20°C until 200°C according on the model. The Dega temperature controllers can work with water, oil with direct or indirect exchange and are bale to work also in a vacuum in case of small leaks of water.
TERMOTECH PLUS is the most versatile device of the range; it is possible to regulate the water temperature up to 95° C and the oil temperature up to 140° C, in continuous pressure or vacuum, with variable power between 3 and 9 kw. The PLUS can be interfaced and programmed with the control of the machine to which it is combined. Available with or without filters. The operating temperature is keeped constant by using the indirect heat exchange between the thermoregulator and the cooling circuit.
TERMOTECH 9/18 KW P/D it is possible to thermoregulate water up to 95 ° C, under continuous pressure and vacuum, with heating power between 9 and 18 Kw. The operating temperature is keeped constant by using the indirect heat exchange between the thermoregulator and the cooling circuit.
TERMOTECH AIR, is a line of temperature controllers specifically designed for the rubber world; it can be managed independently (version with electrical panel) or it can be managed directly from the injection moulding machine (version without electrical panel). It can reach a maximum of working temperature of 140 ° C.

WATER TERMOTECH WITH DIRECT EXCHANGE
TERMOTECH PRESS 140, direct exchange temperature controller (the liquid that comes into contact with the heater is the same that runs inside the circuit to be heated) that allows to reach and keep constant the required temperature.
Available versions: with 3/6 kw heaters or with 4,5/9 kw heaters. The same models are also realised in DUPLO version (2 independent temperature controllor in a single crankcase ) : 1 device manages 2 different areas with 2 different temperatures.

TERMOTECH PRESS 200, designed for the thermoregulation of the big moulds where normally a huge quantity of low temperature water is required; particularly suitable in the AUTOMOTIVE industry for the thermoregulation of bumper and dashboards. Excellent also for the calenders for the PC, PVC, PA,PET, ABS, PS,PMMA etc plate forming. Direct exchange, available only water version , operating temperature of 95 C°.
