The machine is designed for the unscrambling of empty plastic containers variously sized and shaped, loaded in bulk into a feed hopper. At the unscrambler outfeed the bottles are collected either by a slat conveyor or a pneumatic one to feed the packaging line. A complete range able to satisfy any need. Top-level technology, quality and accuracy of execution ensure reliability and achievement of goals.
Linear orientators are suitable for medium-speed filling lines, they enable a bottle rotation by either 180° or whatever angle .
Rotary orientators for high-speed lines, allow to rotate the container by whatever angle needed.
The reading station is composed of photoelectric cells or a video camera, depending on the application.
