Stainless steel lid lift with standard hopper 850x850, loaded from below with a capacity of 6000 lids, with a movable door for automatic removal of possible dust from the lids, covering the hopper with a door in the sheet, a photocell for a minimum level of the lid inside the hopper with a light signal, polyurethane tapes for transporting the lids, chute discharge covers in the capping machine at a standard height of 2600 mm from the ground. Elevator with electric panel, synchronized photocell for uniform supply of caps to the capping machine. The output can be up to 18,000 car / hour.

Rotating rinsing tower for internal rinsing of empty PET bottles with ozonated water with dehumidification on the table top of the machine.
The rinse aid is made of Aisi 304 stainless steel.

The measuring tube of PFA. Stainless steel case. The DosiBox system monitors the filling when it receives a start command from an external control device (PLC). Once the start command is received, the DosiBox system executes the command to open the pre-dosing valve until the specified number of counts is reached.
After counting the preload value, the system opens the dosing valve to the second count value. After this value, the system closes the metering valve and reopens the metering valve to the final count value. The system provides an ideal filling volume. Maximum cleaning system. Single-sided plastic screw capping unit AROL, suitable for installing one pre-screwed screw plastic cap 38mm on round PET bottles, maximum speed 2500 BPH, equipped with:
• Automatic sorter, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with level sensor cover
• AISI 304 stainless steel chute with missing cap control switch
• Device Pick & Place Device to transfer the cover from the gutter to the capping head
• PK 314 magnetic coupling screw head for pre-threaded plastic screw caps with positive clamping Chuck and optical indication of set static torque. The closing head provides very reliable torque values due to the reduced inertial mass during rotation.

• Manual adjustment of capping height
The drying tunnel is used in the food and beverage industry to remove residual water on the outer surface of bottles or cans after filling or pasteurization. The bottle drying tunnel consists mainly of 2 blowing blades mounted on the edges of the conveyor belt section, fully adjustable in height and inclination. The linear blowers are powered by 4 high-pressure fans and are enclosed in a Stainless steel AISI 304 construction, which naturally creates a much higher temperature than the outside. The cylindrical containers rotate by themselves during the drying process thanks to a simple mechanical device that completely removes water from the entire surface.
Automatic linear self-adhesive labeling machine for sticking labels on round pet bottle.
The machine is assembled on an electrically welded base coated with AISI 304 stainless steel. Electrical panel made of stainless steel AISI 304 in accordance with CE standards, built into the machine, mounted on brackets arranged ergonomically.
